15th International Conference on Electronic Devices and Control Systems

TUSUR University is pleased to invite you to join the work of the 15th International Conference on Electronic Devices and Control Systems. The Conference will be held on November 20–22, 2019, bringing together representatives of some of the best high-tech universities, institutions, and companies.

Objectives

  1. To facilitate exchange of information about high-priority cutting-edge research and developments
  2. To discuss the contemporary issues of radioelectronics, and theory and practice of control systems
  3. To identify the up-and-coming research trends for specific industries
  4. To present new devices, engineering solutions, software and systems
  5. To bring together academic research and industry for development of high-tech products

Conference papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Conference Proceedings will be published  after the Conference and will be available in the Archive (in Russian). The publication is assigned an ISBN. Conference proceedings are included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

The Program Committee will select the best papers to be published in the Proceedings of TUSUR University. The journal is listed among the leading Russian scientific journals and magazines recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia for publication of the key research findings of Candidate and Doctoral (PhD) theses in: electronics, measurement equipment, radio equipment and communications; control systems, computer engineering and computer science; electric engineering.

Undergraduate students, PhD students and young researchers up to 30 years old will have a chance to participate in the selection round of the FASIE UMNIK-19 program.

The event is held as part of the science festival NAUKA+.

Conference fee

The Conference fee is 1,000 rubles and covers the cost of participants' kits, including publication of Conference programs and other materials, mailing of Conference Proceeding to major libraries.

Once the participant's paper is accepted for publication, their payment status will be reflected in the user account.

Publication is free for faculty and students of foreign universities.

Paper formatting requirements

The Conference Proceedings accepts papers that have not been published in or submitted for consideration to other publications, that satisfy the requirements detailed below, that have been peer reviewed (provided by the Organizing Committee) and that have successfully passed a check for plagiarism (with at least 85% of original text).

The optimum size of a paper is 5 pages, including any figures and tables.

  1. Applications are to be submitted via conf.tusur.ru. The application must be accompanied by the paper attached as a .doc file and as a .pdf file with authors' signatures (including the research supervisor's signature if the paper is published by a student without co-authors).
  2. The paper must have (in the same order): UDC, name, patronymic, last name of authors, abstract (not summary), key words, the body of the paper, a list of References, information about the authors; then, in English: last name and first name of authors, title of the paper, abstract, key words. Information about the authors includes: last name, first name and patronymic, academic degree, academic title, position, place of employment, phone number, e-mail.
  3. Conference papers accepted for publication can have up to four authors. One author can be a co-author of up to three papers accepted for publication.
  4. The text must be arranged in two columns, without hard return, with a single line spacing in Times New Roman (font size 10 pt). The document must have 25 top and bottom margins, 23 mm inner and 20 mm outer margins. For convenience, authors may use the paper template with pre-defined formatting. The volume of a properly formatted paper must be no larger than four pages.
  5. The paper must be consistent in its use of symbols and characters throughout the text, formulas, tables and figures. Cyrillic and Greek characters must be in regular upright type, and Roman characters (except for those included in regular words and their abbreviations, names of functions, software, companies and chemical formulas) must be in italic type.
  6. Formulas should be typed in Equation or MathType editor (MS Word). Cyrillic text, Greek characters, mathematical symbols (+, -, *, =, brackets, …) and digits should always be typed in regular upright type, and Roman characters denoting variables should be in italic type, except for those included in regular words and their abbreviations, names of functions, software, companies and chemical formulas (const, input; sin  x(t1); Uin; Iвх;Тz; H2O, Adobe Acrobat, Сisco, etc.); vector values should be in bold upright type (not italic) – А1, М(f). Formula templates can be found in the paper template.
  7. All designations and abbreviations must be explained when first used in the text.
  8. The paper must use the International System of Units (SI) and use the standard Russian designations separated by a single space (х, ГГц; 20 ГГц; Т, град; 7 °С). In Russian-language papers, decimal numbers must be written with a comma (not a dot).
  9. All tables and figures must have appropriate headings (not full-text references copied from the body of the paper). (Fig. 1. Title; Table 1. Title). Large legends should be preferably included in the text. All headings and titles should be in Times New Roman (font size 9 pt), regular type, no italics, variables should be the same as in the text. All figures and tables should be referenced to in the text (… in Fig. 3, … in Table 2).
  10. All figures and photographs should be in grayscale, sharp, hard, clean, grouped. Lines in charts and graphs should not be bold, grid lines should be clear. In Russian-language papers, units of measurement should be in Russian. In Russian-language papers, decimals should use commas (not dots). Figures should be executed in CorelDraw, Illustrator, Word, Visio and be editable.
  11. Illustrations should have at least 600 dpi. Image scale should be 8 or 16.7 across the width (provided that it allows legibility of any text written in Times New Roman, 9 pt).
  12. All sources in the list of references should be referenced in the text (numbered in the textual order, e.g., [1, 2], [5–7]). All sources should be represented in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 and GOST R 7.0.5-2008 and include all information necessary to identify the source: for non-periodical editions: last name and initials of the author, full title of the work, place of publication, name of publisher, year of publication, number of pages; for periodicals: last name and initials of the author, full title of the work, title of the journal, year of publication, volume, issue, page number (see examples of properly formatted references).
  13. The list of references is required. If the paper is recommended for publication in the Proceedings of TUSUR University, the list of references will need to be adapted in accordance with its requirements.
  14. Hard copy of the paper is not required. The paper must be accompanied by the Expert's Report with a clearance for open publication. The Expert's Report should be attached to the application or submitted separately to the Organizing Committee via e-mail.

Authors are solely responsible for the content of their papers and the consequences of their publication.
