Management of Professional Careers of Young People in the Field of Creative Industries and Digital Technologies

The relevance of this program is related to the peculiarity of the professional activity of the organizer of youth outreach, which requires specific knowledge about ways of youth outreach, theoretical foundations.

Creative industries are activities at the intersection of creativity and technology (creative economy, knowledge economy). They create conditions for the development of human capital, economic growth, and also bring good profits to companies, which makes them attractive to entrepreneurs and investors.

The purpose of the educational program "Management of Professional Careers of Young People in the Field of Creative Industries and Digital Technologies" is to form a new generation of managers of social activity and professional careers of youth in the field of creative industries who have competencies in the field of digital technologies, are able to successfully develop innovative programs and projects aimed at solving the most important tasks of managing the professional career of youth and the implementation of the youth policy of the state. This makes the direction unique, taking into account the adoption of Federal Law No. 489-FZ dated December 30, 2020 "On Youth Policy in the Russian Federation". The program is focused on the formation of professional competencies required by the processes of updating youth policy.

The personnel market in the direction of "Youth Outreach" is not adequately filled.
