For small and medium-sized enterprises, human resources are a critical link. The future of the company depends on the coherence and professionalism of the entrepreneurial team. To solve these problems, business structures and small enterprises need personnel management specialists.

HR managers are equally well versed in organizational, managerial, legal, accounting and documentation, educational, pedagogical, social, psychological, sociological activities. The range of their skills includes the development and implementation of an enterprise personnel management strategy, the formation of an employee management policy, planning the movement of human resources, analysis of the labor market, its development trends and current state. This qualification allows the graduate to develop and implement measures for the formation of corporate culture.
