Graduates work functions:
monitoring the implementation of environmental protection and environmental safety requirements in the organization, planning and documenting environmental activities, development and implementation of measures to improve the effectiveness of environmental activities of the organization;
implementation of measures and development of solutions for civil defense and protection from emergencies in the organization, management of civil defense management bodies and the unified state system of emergency prevention and response (RSChS) at the object level of the organization (structural divisions, branches).
Master degree
After completing the bachelor's degree, education can be continued in the master's degree in the direction of "Applied Mathematics and Computer Science" (01.04.02) under the program "Computer modeling in problems of ecology and technosphere security"
Participation in real projects
Practice-oriented training (GPO) is organized in TUSUR.
Students of the "Environmental Protection" profile participate in projects.
"Analysis of the results of monitoring for the Sustainable Development Goals" – the participants of the project group are engaged in analyzing the dynamics of indicators of sustainable development and identifying the relationships between them, which is important for assessing the progress of territories on the path to sustainable development.
"The influence of oil and petroleum products on aquatic shell amoebas" – participants develop methods for bioindication of oil pollution.
"Management of organoleptic properties and vital condition of plants through the use of artificial irradiation of various spectral composition" – study of the influence of the light environment on the growth and development of plants.
