Delegation of TUSUR has visited the IMS Laboratory at the University of Bordeaux

As part of its program to expand the scientific and academic cooperation with European universities, from November 26 till December 3 the delegation of TUSUR University has been working at the IMS Laboratory of the University of Bordeaux (France).

The visit to the University of Bordeaux had the objective to define the areas of cooperation and to discuss potential joint research projects. The common research interest of the two universities lies in development of microwave IC and SoC based on Si and SiGe, active and passive element modeling, specialized software development.

Tomsk region and TUSUR University has a long and successful experience cooperating with universities of France, creating fertile ground for further partnership. During a video conference with TUSUR University on October 6, the University of Bordeaux proposed the creation of joint academic programs and wider academic mobility programs between the two universities.

During its visit, the delegation of TUSUR University learned about the academic program of the University of Bordeaux and its experience with Russian universities, and discussed terms of scientific and academic cooperation. New arrangements between TUSUR and the University of Bordeaux will expand their academic exchange programs for students and faculty.
