TUSUR a Top Russian University by Pay Level of IT Alumni
SuperJob had published its annual ranking of universities by the pay level of alumni working in IT. In the 2023 edition of the ranking, TUSUR has ranked 15th.
The average pay of TUSUR alumni with employment in the IT industry in Moscow has grown by 10,000 rubles and is currently at 140,000 rubles a month. This has allowed TUSUR to rank 15th among Russian universities.
The ranking was compiled by the analytical center of the job search website SuperJob based on comparison of average pay of professionals who graduated from state universities in 2017—2022.
The study analyzed resumes that were posted no later than 365 calendar days earlier, with candidates looking for jobs in development, information security, testing, DevOps, data analysis, Machine Learning, Data-engineering, etc. Salary expectations of graduates seeking employment outside of Moscow were adjusted by applying a region-specific coefficient. Each university was assessed based on at least 70 resumes, excluding interns and candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
