The XI Triple Helix International Conference 2013 – “The conference will run for three days closing on July 10.
This year, the TUSUR delegation included Alexander Uvarov, Vice Rector for Innovative Development and International Activities; Yuri Lirmak, Dean of the Faculty of Innovation Technologies, Irina Pavlova, deputy Dean of the Faculty of Innovation Technologies; Elena Erokhina, professor of the Department of Innovation Management; Liana Kobzeva, head of the Center of Corporate Development; Valencia Raevskaya, employee of the Center of Corporate Development; Evgeny Perevodchikov, associate professor of the Department of Innovation Management; Vera Khlopotnikova, associate professor of the Department of Innovation Management; Maria Afanasyeva, expert of the Division of International Cooperation.
Each year the Triple Helix International Conference invites representatives of the academic community from all over the world. This year the program includes discussions in the form of plenary meetings, workshops and presentation sections.
The conference opened with the plenary session "Triple Helix and the state of play" moderated by the President of the Triple Helix Association Henry Etzkowitz, Triple Helix Association board member Loet Leydesdorff and others.
TUSUR appeared as the organizer of the workshop “Cluster of Excellence: Nucleus of Innovation and Growth” which was held on the first day of the conference and included speeches from Alexander Uvarov, Director of nonprofit programs at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO Alexei Gusev, and a German expert in cluster development Bertram Lohmüller.
The TUSUR delegation presented their reports and joined discussions in all sections of the Conference.
The participation of Russian delegation was organized by the Moscow Center of Innovation Development and Tomsk State University of Control System and Radioelectronics (TUSUR).
In 2014 the XII Triple Helix International Conference will be held in Tomsk.
