Scientists from Ten Countries Present Papers at International Conference in Baku, Co-Organized by TUSUR
On August 19—23, the International Conference "COMPUTER SCIENCE AND GRAVITATION" was held in Baku, Azerbaijan. Over the course of its work, researchers from 10 countries discussed the various aspects of the theoretical study of space. TUSUR University was represented by a delegation of 8 people, headed by the President Aleksandr Shelupanov.
The Conference agenda was divided into two sections. The Computer Science section was dedicated to the discussion of the various aspects of computer science, ranging from artificial intelligence to related mathematics, and the Gravity section was focused on the aspects of cosmology, classical / quantum gravity, field theory and AdS/QCD.
“TUSUR has been developing the theoretical study of space for many years. We held our first conference on cosmology in 2016. From that time on, every year we select a new venue to gather the best minds in physics, computer science and related fields of science. This year, we are focusing on computer sciences and within this section we have discussed the algorithm theory, programming languages, computer systems and networks, artificial intelligence, new educational models, computer system architecture, information security and new interdisciplinary studies that link computer science and other areas of knowledge," said Aleksandr Shelupanov. “In order to expand the horizons of our discussions and attract more researchers, this year we decided to partner with Khazar University, one of the leading universities in Azerbaijan. This marks the first interdisciplinary international conference co-organized by TUSUR University with an international partner university. I am very hopeful that in the future, this practice will drive our international cooperation.”
The Conference brought together researchers from Russia, Azerbaijan, Spain, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Turkey, India, Iran and Japan. Papers presented at the conference are to be published in the Proceedings of TUSUR University.
