Innovations in Information and Communication Science and Technology IICST 2012 Second Postgraduate Consortium International Workshop was held at TUSUR on 10 – 13 September 2012 within the framework of the 2012 International University Technology Dialogue devoted to 50th Anniversary of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR).
University Technology Dialogue this year aimed to comprise several specialized technology and entrepreneurship events to be held under one anniversary celebration umbrella. It brought together professionals from various countries - preliminary confirmation already received from Japan, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, China, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus.
