Internationalization of TUSUR University ranks high in the International QS University Ranking
On October 21 during its conference in Istanbul, QS University Rankings has announced its results for the EECA region. The ranking reflects the impact of universities in the context of the international university community.
In 2015, TUSUR University ranked 26th among Russian universities and 111th in the general rankings of the EECA region. Among the core criteria used to determined the ranking of a university is its international impact, which is measured by the number of international students enrolled to its programs. This year, TUSUR University remains a national leader by level of internationalization, having ranked second in Russia, behind only the People’s Friendship University of Russia, and fifth among all universities of the Emerging Europe and Central Asia.
The high level of internationalization of TUSUR University allows it to feel confident in the international academic space, and play an impactful role in the Eurasian education market as a potential competitor to some of the world’s best universities.
