TUSUR Listed in RUR Reputation Ranking 2017

Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics has been listed in Reputation Rankings 2017 as published by RUR Rankings Agency.

TUSUR University ranked 700th and was included in the World League of the University Reputation Ranking based on the analysis of world university data by the RUR Agency experts. In the overall ranking, Russia closes the top three leaders by total number of universities included, having increased its presence in the rating from 23 in 2016 to 66 in 2017. Such a significant increase in the number of Russian universities is primarily due to a special project of competitiveness increase (Academic Excellence Project).

RUR Reputation Rankings are aimed to measure universities brand, influence of a particular institution globally, assessing the universities included in the general rating by two indicators (teaching and research reputation). The final rankings are based on around 60,000 responses from 10,000 respondents who are asked to identify up to 15 universities they believe offer the best quality of teaching and research.

Earlier in 2017, TUSUR entered the RUR World University Rankings, where it ranked 54th.
